We have been using the resulting synergies from the aviation and aerospace industries for years and, particularly in the field of lightweight construction, these have allowed us to realise projects with you outside the classic lightweight construction disciplines such as aircraft or racing car construction.
Lightweight construction expertise
The synergies achieved in the field of aircraft manufacturing allow us to transfer our expertise in the calculation and development of high performance lightweight structures to other fields as well, e.g. medical or orthopaedic technology or the wind energy sector. Our specialisation in highly stressed carbon and glass fibre composites allows us to support or even carry out the entire development of structural concepts suitable for the type of fibre in composites and composite/metal.

In order to optimise the support we provide to
our customers’ processes, ADS GmbH
already ensures producibility even when modelling
the initial surfaces.
Any potential problems
during demoulding or during
the final assembly are already
visible on the monitor and are adjusted with the customer, and, if necessary, even with the manufacturer, during the development process.
This procedure reduces development costs and ensures a well functioning
development process up a far as the finished
tool.
