The ADS body design department has been developing and designing high quality free-form surfaces for the automotive and aerospace industry with ICEM Surf for over 10 years. Our professional and practised body design team consisting of industry designers and modellers has many years of experience in the surface design of standard production components. Our core competencies include the creation of complex interior and exterior free-form surfaces, taking into account the package and the relevant production requirements of the manufacturer to any desired level of quality. Ideas and design

We give ideas form

Starting with your design and initial sketches and moving on via the three-dimensional visualisation to the development of the prototype, we support you with developing and realising your ideas. Based on the designs developed together with you, we generate finished Class A surfaces with perfect highlights and production-ready slit images including all mould inclines and material separations for preparation of the mass production moulds. Our experience in the field of constructing Class A surfaces also allows us to be professional moderators for mediating between the often diverging requirements and demands of design and engineering.
